Product or service reviewed: air conditioning system maintenance

This is our first time using R.M Crossan and we were very pleased. So much better than our previous HVAC company. Tom, our service tech, was polite, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Great job!

Product or service reviewed: Well pump replaced

Brian, your team was out at our home yesterday and I just want to say thank you. Less than two hours after a “no water” call, the guys showed up. By 5pm we had a new well pump. Outstanding, and the reason this family has been a Crossan customer for nearly 40 years. Please extend our thanks to your team!

After 40 years in the garage business and many self heating repairs and sweating of copper tubing, I know what quality work looks like. R. M. Crossan met my expectations. Both units have worked fine all winter. Quality work at a good price.

8/27-8/29 we are very pleased, happy, relieved to have such a competent team do our installation during this heat wave. we had air conditioning at the end of the first day! they were curteous, prompt, hardworking, and very clean. i would recommend your company to anyone who needed your services. what a pleasure to have men who take pride in their work.

Absolutly the BEST! Very informative, no pressure, available to answer all questions and concerns all employees I spoke with and interacted with were friendly and helpful, always kept up to date and well informed as to when and what was going on. Family owned business that wants to know their customers and keep them happy. I will never call another plumber, HVAC or heater guy again. I cannot speak highly enough or sing their praises.

Product or service reviewed: ductless air conditioner

Everyone at Crossan I dealt with was great and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Very professional, courteous and conscientious. It was quick getting an estimate and all phone calls were returned promptly. The guys who installed the a/c took care not to track in dirt and fully cleaned up before leaving. They answered all my questions and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. I wish all work done to my house would go this well.
